Custom orders and preparation time

Custom orders are always welcome. If you wish to customize one of the artworks in the shop, I will maintain its essence but it will not be exactly the same because each piece of wood has its own personality. And it is a good thing that it is so.

Contact me through this form and let me know the aspects you wish to customize, such as measurements, tones, or any detail that is of interest to you.

Once I receive it, I will contact you to say hello and I will explain the phases I will carry out until your artwork is completed. In all custom projects, I send photos of the work in progress and maintain direct contact, as close as if we were having lunch together. This is very important.

The preparation time is 1-3 weeks. This may vary depending on the work schedule and the size and type of the artwork.

Custom orders cannot be returned.

How is the packaging for the wooden artworks?

It is a very important part of my work, just like order and cleanliness. That is why your excitement cannot be ruined by poor protection of the artwork.

I invest time and consider the best options to provide reliable and safe packaging. So much so that I make the interior protections myself, such as the corner pieces.

I ship to Europe and the USA, more than 7,000 km away, by road and air. And in any case, I must prevent improper handling during the journey.

The beauty of reclaimed wood

I give wood a second life. To do this, I recover planks and pallets and clean them, avoiding the danger of splinters and metallic elements. All this while respecting its essence, the beauty of its imperfections, cracks, holes, and wear caused by the passage of time and exposure to the elements. Additionally, I collect fallen branches and trunks, with or without bark.

They are not defects but details that reflect a unique personality.

They are unrepeatable artworks, designed to accompany you for many years. It is not fast decor, subject to trends, or mass-produced that anyone can own. The price is merely a consequence of the great value of enjoying something unique that no one else has.
They are artworks with history and meaning. Created calmly and unhurriedly by someone who is by your side throughout the entire creative process.
It is not an impulsive purchase. It is a conscious and thoughtful choice. Whoever connects with the artwork understands that they are not buying decoration, but identity. That is why they are not for everyone.
The value is not in the price, but in what it says about the person who chooses them.

How to return an order

I accept the return of an artwork if it is in stock or has been damaged during shipping.

Custom artworks cannot be returned. Only if they are damaged during shipping.
