By using this site, you declare that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow yourself or any of your minor dependents to use this site.

 

Validity period of the offer

Under these terms of use, the prices and conditions displayed on the website are valid at all times and are only effective during the current session. Imarteko.com is not responsible for any changes that may occur between sessions.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

The following payment methods are accepted when placing an order:

• Credit or Debit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMEX): All transactions involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) standard security technology. All the information you transmit to us is encrypted across the network.

Additionally, your credit card details are entered directly on the bank’s page through the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) and are neither entered nor recorded on any server.

• PAYPAL: This allows for secure and convenient online payments. PayPal’s network is based on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global, real-time payment solution. PayPal offers a service specifically designed for those who are not satisfied with traditional payment mechanisms

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Under these terms of use, we offer two shipping methods to process your order:

Buyers are responsible for paying applicable tariffs and customs duties. Customs procedures may cause delays in the release and transit of the package that are beyond our control. For this reason, we are not responsible for such delays. The recipient will be responsible for all import fees and taxes generated at the destination customs, whether the merchandise is delivered to them or if they decide not to take charge of it.

If the information provided by the buyer is false, erroneous, or incomplete, or when delivery cannot be made due to reasons beyond the shipping company’s control, such as the recipient’s absence or the package being held at customs, imarteko.com will not assume any responsibility if the delivery cannot be completed due to these circumstances.

 

Invoice

If the customer needs an invoice, they must request it via email at hello@imarteko.com. We will send it within 24/48 hours to the email address provided during the payment process.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Under these terms of use, we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with imarteko.com. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email/phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

 

RETURN POLICY

Under these terms of use, the buyer has a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the work from the day it is received.

If the customer decides to withdraw, they must notify us within the indicated period by sending an email to hello@imarteko.com. You can also use the contact form.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the works, we cannot accept returns for personalized orders or those made according to the customer’s specifications. This is in accordance with Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

In any case, the returned work must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a secure shipping method that ensures the integrity of the item as well as its arrival at the destination. Once received, we will check its condition.

If the item has shipping costs, we will refund the total amount minus 15% of the item price paid and minus the shipping costs. If you return items with FREE SHIPPING, we will refund the order amount minus 20%. Additionally, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. The item must be returned in perfect condition; otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

If the returned item does not meet the indicated conditions, we will reject the return. In no case will the amount paid for shipping costs be refunded, and this amount will be borne by the customer.

The amount to be refunded will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the moment it is received by us.

Imarteko.com reserves the right to modify this privacy policy to adapt it to legal or judicial developments. In such cases, the changes introduced will be announced on this page with reasonable notice before they are implemented. The use of our services once this change has been communicated will imply acceptance of the same.
