TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reading these Terms of use is a necessary and prior condition to formalising the purchase of any product through the website imarteko.com.

By using this site, you declare that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Term of validity of the offer

Under these terms of use, the prices and conditions displayed on the website are valid at all times, and are only effective during the open session. Imarteko.com is not responsible for any changes that may occur between sessions.

PAYMENT POLICY

The following payment methods are accepted when placing an order:

  • CREDIT or DEBIT card, VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX: All operations involving the transmission of personal or bank data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All information transmitted to us travels encrypted across the network.


Likewise, your credit card data is entered directly on the bank’s page through the POS (Bank’s Point of Sale Terminal) and is neither entered nor registered on any server.

  • PAYPAL: Allows you to send payments online safely and conveniently. The PayPal network builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global, real-time payment solution. Paypal offers a service specially designed for those who are not satisfied with traditional payment mechanisms.


SHIPPING POLICY

Under these terms of use, we have two shipping methods to fulfil your order:

  • Ready to ship. We will pack your order and proceed with shipping within a maximum of 3 working days. We will inform you when it leaves our workshop.
  • Custom order. You can choose different sizes from our available variants. Furthermore, if you wish, you can design your artwork with the measurements that interest you. The timeframe to complete the artwork will be 2-3 weeks. On the other hand, if you have a very personal project in mind, I can help you bring it to life. In such a case, the preparation time will be whatever is necessary depending on the complexity of the project.


The shipping options are:

  • Domestic shipping (mainland Spain and Balearic Islands): Shipping is free.
  • International shipping within the European Union: Shipping is free.
  • International shipping outside the European Union: Contact me to determine the shipping cost.


Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes. Customs procedures may cause delays in the release and transit of the package beyond our control. For this reason, we are not responsible for them. The recipient will be responsible for all import costs and taxes generated at the destination customs, regardless of whether the goods are delivered to them or they decide not to accept them.

If the data provided by the buyer is false, erroneous or incomplete, or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the absence of the recipient or the retention of the package at customs, imarteko.com will not assume any responsibility when the delivery is not carried out as a result of such circumstances.

Invoice

If the customer requires an invoice, they must request it via email at [hello@imarteko.com](mailto:hello@imarteko.com). We will send it within 24/48 hours to the email address provided during the payment process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Under these terms of use, we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with imarteko.com. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

RETURNS POLICY

Under these terms of use, the buyer will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the artwork from the day they receive it.

If the customer decides to withdraw, they must notify us within the specified period by sending an email to hello@imarteko.com. You can also use the contact form.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the artworks, we cannot accept returns for custom orders or items made to the customer’s specifications. This is in accordance with the provisions of Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, modifying the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

In any case, the artwork to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a secure shipping method that guarantees the integrity of the item as well as its arrival at the destination. Once received, we will check its condition.

If the item has shipping costs, we will refund the total amount minus 15% of the item price paid and minus the shipping costs.
If you return items with FREE SHIPPING, we will refund the order amount minus 20%.
Additionally, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. The item must be returned in perfect condition, otherwise the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

In the event that the item does not meet the stated conditions, we will reject the return. Under no circumstances will the amount paid for shipping costs be refunded, which will be borne by the customer.

The amount to be refunded will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days from the moment it is received by us.

Personal data protection

We have the utmost interest in protecting Users’ personal data, and we inform you through this privacy policy about how we process it. Imarteko.com reserves the right to modify this privacy policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence. In such cases, the changes introduced will be announced on this page reasonably in advance of their implementation. The use of our services once this change has been communicated will imply their acceptance.
