Because of the nature of the wood, each piece is unique and different. I cut and sand each slice one by one to obtain a smoothness similar to a baby’s skin, and discover the incredible beauty of its rings. Their colour is natural, with no added dyes. The species I use are Mediterranean (pine, privet, elm, olive, orange…). Finally, I apply natural wax to protect and enhance their beauty.

Reusing wood is quite a challenge; it not only involves transforming a discarded resource into a piece of art, but also represents a responsible and environmentally respectful choice.

 

It´s made in Spain and signed by me on the back. All my artworks have Certificate of Authenticity.
Each artwork is equipped with sturdy hardware. It also includes drywall anchors and screws.
